Professional liability

Radduwoodb holds professional indemnity insurance covering landscape styling advice up to CHF 2,000,000 per claim through Helvetia Versicherungen, policy reference LV-2024-88341.

Our services comprise design, documentation, and styling supervision. Construction, irrigation installation, and ongoing maintenance remain the client's responsibility unless separately contracted through licensed tradespeople.

Intellectual property

All text, layout, and concept drawings on this website and in client deliverables remain the property of Radduwoodb until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a licence to implement planting plans for the specified property only.

Reproduction of studio content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. Educational citation with attribution and link to radduwoodb.boats is permitted.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This website and all contracts are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes is Bern, canton Bern, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions where applicable.

The European Commission online dispute resolution platform is not used as we do not sell goods to consumers outside Switzerland through this website.
