We process data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation for clients in neighbouring states.
Information we collect
When you email or call us, we store your name, contact details, property address, and project notes necessary to provide garden styling services. Site visit photographs of your garden are retained as part of project files unless you request deletion after project completion.
This website stores one local preference key in your browser when you accept the cookie notice. We do not operate analytics platforms, advertising trackers, or third-party marketing pixels on these pages.
How we use your data
Contact information is used solely to respond to enquiries, schedule visits, deliver design documents, and issue invoices. Garden photographs may appear in our private portfolio shown to prospective clients only with your written consent.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Nurseries and contractors receive only the details required to fulfil orders you have approved.
Retention and security
Active project files are kept for the duration of the contract plus seven years for tax and warranty purposes. Enquiry emails that do not convert to projects are deleted after twenty-four months.
Digital files are stored on encrypted servers located in Switzerland. Paper records, where they exist, are kept in locked cabinets at our Bundesgasse studio.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected] with proof of identity. We respond within thirty days.
You may lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) if you believe we have handled your data improperly.
