Studio approach
Radduwoodb treats every garden as a living composition rather than a fixed blueprint. Our stylists work with soil profiles, sun paths, and existing architecture before proposing any plant or hardscape element.
Clients receive layered mood boards, scaled planting plans, and maintenance calendars tuned to Bern's four distinct seasons. We coordinate with local nurseries and stone suppliers so materials arrive ready for installation week.
What we style
Residential courtyards, rooftop terraces, hotel entrance plantings, and corporate campus green zones all fall within our scope. Each project begins with a half-day walkthrough where we photograph sight lines and note microclimates.
We do not sell software subscriptions or generic garden kits. Every palette is drawn from species proven in canton Bern — hornbeam hedges, alpine geraniums, espaliered fruit trees, and gravel paths that drain cleanly after spring melt.
Pricing snapshot
Initial garden styling consultation: CHF 420 for up to two hours on site. Full residential concept package including planting plan and supplier list: from CHF 3,800. Seasonal refresh for existing beds: CHF 1,650 per quarter.
Commercial entrance styling for offices and boutique hotels starts at CHF 6,200 for design and first-season planting supervision. All quotes are fixed before work begins; travel within 30 km of Bern is included.
Recent work near Bern
Last autumn we restyled a Kirchenfeld terrace with clipped boxwood frames and autumn-flowering heather that survives the Aare basin frost. A Bremgarten family garden now features a children's meadow bordered by native wildflowers instead of lawn.
We are currently documenting a Belp hillside project where terraced beds follow the slope grade and channel rainwater into gravel infiltration strips. Portfolio images and plant lists are available on request during consultation.
