Kirchenfeld terrace restoration

A 45 m² rooftop terrace above a 1920s apartment block received raised beds in larch timber, drought-tolerant sedum mixes, and a clipped hornbeam screen against the neighbouring roofline. Completed spring 2025 at CHF 7,800 design fee plus CHF 4,200 planting.

The client requested evening dining privacy without blocking Alpine views. We angled the screen at 15 degrees and underplanted with white gaura that catches late sun.

Bremgarten family meadow

Former lawn on a 120 m² suburban plot was converted to a mown path bordered by native wildflower drifts. Children maintain a central play zone of fine fescue; outer rings bloom from April through September.

Design and first-year establishment supervision totalled CHF 5,600. Year-two seasonal refresh runs at CHF 1,650 per quarter under an ongoing plan.

Belp hillside terraces

Steep south-facing slope required three retained beds stepping down 4.2 metres. Gravel infiltration strips channel runoff away from the house foundation while providing textural contrast to ornamental grasses.

Full concept package CHF 11,400. Stone retaining by local mason; we supervised planting placement over two autumn weekends.

Old town law firm entrance

Narrow street frontage gained a low boxwood parterre with underplanted lavender and a single multi-stem amelanchier for spring blossom visible from the reception desk.

Commercial styling fee CHF 6,800 including quarterly maintenance briefs for the building's facilities contractor.
